Something Borrowed is
a movie that everyone would love to go see with their friends or family. The
movie came out in 2011 but it still makes me smile every time I watch it. The
main characters in the movie are in are Kate Hudson (Darcy), Colin Egglesfield
(Dex), Ginnifer Goodwin (Rachel), and John Krasinski (Ethan). In the movie,
Friendships are tested and secrets come to the surface when single girl Rachel
falls for Dex, her best friend Darcy's fiancé.
The
reason I love this movie is because it has a lot of drama and it keeps the
audience entertain. The love triangles are very interesting when people start
telling other people how they feel about them after a certain time. I love the
fact that this movie shows situations that occur in everyday life with real
friends and how friendships are tested. This is why I chose this movie to be
number five in my list.
4. Why
Did I Get Married
My
number 4 pick in my list is Why Did I
Get Married created by Tyler Perry. Everyone knows that Tyler Perry movies
are good and tell stories of situations that take place in real life and that
is why this is one of my favorite movies to watch. You can watch this movie
with your spouse, family, or even friends because it relate to all this things
in the movie. The main characters in the movie are Tyler Perry, Jill Scott,
Janet Jackson, Richard T. Jones, Malik Yoba, Sharon Leal, Tasha Smith, and
Michael Jai White.
I recommend this movie to everyone is because
it is funny and raw at the same time. It will show things from another person
perspective and show you probably how to fix things in your relationships. The
reason I love this movie is because of all the drama that comes in the movie
from friends taking after people men and to people finding to true love at the
end. This movie really is an awesome movie to go and came out in 2007.
3.Love & Basketball
It seems like when you ask someone what type
of love that they want, they always say that Love & Basketball Love. My number 3 pick stars the beautiful
Sanaa Lathan, who plays Monica Wright, and Omar Epps, who plays Quincy McCall. This
beautiful movie, which came out in 2000, talks about the develop friendship and
love between two next neighbors and their love for their favorite sport
basketball. I recommended this movie to everyone that love basketball, love,
and drama because this movie relate to all three.
Relationships
are tested when Quincy starts getting bigger headed and more attention due to
his upcoming stardom. I love this movie so much because you see how two people
can stop talking for a while and end up getting back together in the future.
This movie often give people hope for love and show you how sweet love is and
how it can make you feel. Not only did this romantic drama have a rating of 8
out of 10 but it also won numerous awards for best film throughout the year it
came out.
2. The Last Song
The
Last Song is my number two pick in my top favorite movie of
all times. The main characters are Miley Cyrus (Veronica “Ronnie” Miller), Liam
Hemsworth (Will Blakelee), and Greg Kinnear (Steve Miller). The Last Song is a
2010 American coming of age teen romantic drama that was developed based off of
Nicholas Sparks' novel “The Last Song”. When the movie came out, it was ranked
# 52 out of 501 in 2010 and it sold out in every theater. This movie is tells a
story about a teenager girl (Miley Cyrus) as she tries to reconnects with her estranged father and falls in love
during a summer in a quiet Southern United States beach town.
The reason I love this
movie is because it shows what it mean to love someone and what you would do
for the one you love. In this movie, drama arises from parent to child, from
friend to friend, and from boyfriend to girlfriend and that is why
relationships are tested. What make this movie so special is that not only was
Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus going out in the movie but they were also going
out in real life. Not only could you see the love in the actors face for each
other but it also made the movie seem so real and like it was happening in real
life.
1. Twilight Saga
My
number one pick for my top five favorite movies of all time is Twilight Saga directed by Catherine Hardwicke. The main characters
in the movie are Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen), Kristen Stewart
(Bella Swan), and Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black). Twilight is an American based
romantic fantasy that came out in 2008. The movie focuses on the developing relationship between Bella Swan (a teenage
girl) and Edward Cullen (a vampire), and how Mr. Cullen tries to keep his
family safe from evil vampires. When twilight was released it was ranked number
7 and grossed over US $392 million worldwide.
I
recommend this movie to everyone because who doesn’t like a good romantic love
story with action in it. Not only does this movie keep its audience intrigued
but it also makes the audience want to see more. I am a huge fan of Twilight
because it is a wonderful story which makes you want a love just like Bella
Swan and Edward Cullen. Also, the love triangle between Jacob, Bella, and Edward
makes you wondering who Bella will choose in the end. Lastly, what makes this
movie special is that the two of the main characters Kristen Stewart (Bella)
and Robert Pattinson (Edward) was going out doing all of the films.
